Ascend had trained its entire staff to provide the best of the services to its customers. Ascend had also laid guidelines for its distributors relating to Customer servicing. The company has created an exclusive Customer Care department & a Grievance Redressal Committee to attend to and resolve all customer queries/issues.
All customer complaints will be addressed and resolved within a maximum of 45 days from the receipt of the complaint.
