Ascend products are manufactured to the highest quality and the company assures its distributors and customers of the same. If a customer is unhappy with the quality of the product, the company provides an option to return the product and seek refund under the Product Return Policy given below.

If a customer is not happy with the quality of the products he/ she purchased from the company or the company's distributor, he or she may return the product either to the distributor directly or at the nearby Ascend Shopee/Office within 30 days from the date of purchase and claim the refund for the same. The customer should produce the invoice along with the product being returned. The company will refund 100% value of the invoice if the product is intact and in saleable condition.
