What are the delivery charges?

ASCEND in general follows either 'free of cost' or a 'nominal cost' delivery policy. The delivery charges vary from product to product. The customers are advised to kindly note such delivery charges that are applicable before confirming and making payment towards their orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally, ASCEND products ordered are delivered within 4 to 5 Working days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery to certain destinations may take 5 to 7 Working days based on their geographic location and reach. Bulk supplies will be through surface transport mode and could take longer.

Are there any hidden costs (Sales tax, octroi etc.) on ASCEND products?

There are NO hidden charges when you purchase ASCEND products. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Other tax, Octroi etc. if any applicable in the state of consumption, is the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged by ASCEND.

What does "Out of Stock" mean?

“Out of Stock” means, currently these ASCEND products are not available for sale. Please write to us at customercare.ascend@gmail.com requesting for product availability.

Does ASCEND deliver internationally?

As of now, ASCEND doesn't deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on ASCEND website from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address should be in India.
