The Invoice for the purchase
should be available upon Return of the products. This Policy does not apply to Products that
have been Intentionally

After the final processing of “Product Return for Refund” as per our refund policy, it may take 7 to 14 banking days for the refunded amount to be credited back to the concerned originating account of the customer.
Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the dashboard when they login into their profile.
Customer needs to initiate the order Cancellation within the next business day after the Payment. In case the order has already been shipped, they need to approach the customer care on +91 98112 23455 or email to customercare : customercare.ascend@gmail.com directly and get the order cancelled with Refund.
Product should not be opened/used and should be in a Marketable Condition.
